Day 8: 83 mi Waldport to Coos Bay

We stopped at a vista point a few miles outside of Yachats and watched
the seals surf some waves. It was right after a long hill climb so we
figured we earned the view.

After lunch we stopped at the botanical gardens to see Darlingtonia
Californica an insect eating plant which looks like a cobra. I was
also able to make good use of my Red Line on the trail to the lookout.

Don't get caught in the plant! Or you'll get digested slowly over a
thousand years, like a sarlacc!
